After a development period of almost 1 year, we have succeeded in developing a forged aluminum component with a well-known e-bike motor manufacturer, which is used in e-bike battery housings. Aluminum forged components are often used in areas where a homogeneous structure is necessary, where there is higher material stress and where low component weights are required.
